All orders on non-personalized in stock items will be processed and shipped as before, but may involve slight delays. Please add at least 2 weeks to your processing time for all personalized orders and custom pieces. If you have any questions regarding the timing of an order, please contact us at email@example.com. We are trying our best to get everything out as quickly as possible.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Production Lead Time
Please note that many of our products are made to order. Every item has a different lead time, some items can have a lead time for up to 6 weeks. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 3-5 business days. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.
What is Your Return Policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG with the order or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us by email. For exchanges due to an order that was delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. ALL RINGS ARE CONSIDERED "SPECIAL ORDER" and are therefore non-returnable. In some cases we can resize for a charge (to be determined case by case). If you have questions about personalizing a piece, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any given Discount Code that was given to you. Discounts are ONLY VALID on specific items and for set periods of time. We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code became valid. We cannot add the Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code. Discount codes cannot be combined.
What Payment Methods Do You Support?
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.
Items that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. will be subject to taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. With respect to each item for which import fees have been calculated, you authorize Nogama Fine Jewlery to designate a carrier (Designated Carrier) to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual import fees for your item(s).
If you refuse a shipment from Nogama Fine Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nogama Fine Jewelry.
